We have a new horse here at Sage Meadows.  His name is "C Im Somebody" but he goes by Drifter. He is a 16.2 hand chestnut colored Quarter horse and is the definition of Gentle Giant.  I have known him for many years and he is a tried and true school horse.  Drifter is settling in great so far and is already teaching lessons.  We have him on a 30 day trial at the moment to see if he is going to work out.  Come and say hi and bring him a carrot or two.  :o)

Show season is just around the corner.  It is a great way to demonstrate ones skills as well as experience another part of the horse world.  If interested in showing this year, please let us know ASAP so we can start making arrangements.

We have a new pony... WOM POM!  Well, he has actually been here for a few months now, but this is his first post on the website.
He is an older 11.3 hand POA/Shetland cross pony.  He is absolutely lovely and can walk, trot, canter and jump with even the littlest riders.  He is doing wonderfully in our program so far and he is quickly becoming the farm mascot!

The Pony barn is just about finished.  It just needs paint, landscaping and some cutsieness.  But Wom Pom is happy there and is enjoying his brand new stall very much.

Good Job Buff!!! 01/27/2008

Buff went to his 3rd show last weekend.  He did a great job with all the chaos and excitement.  We did Huntseat, Equitation, and Western Pleasure.
